| Jiang Xinchun has been a director of the CNE since 2 November 2006. From September 2006 to present, Mr Jiang has been the Chief Operating Officer of Zhongke Tianyuan. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer and assists the CEO in the completion of business objectives and the daily operation and management work. Pending the appointment of a Chief Project Officer by the CNE Group, Mr Jiang is currently also responsible for overseeing the management of the projects undertaken by the CNE Group. He was Vice-General Manager of GZTY Regeneration Resources from 2002 to 2006. Mr Jiang graduated from Zhengzhou Science & Technology University in 1993 with a degree in chemical & machinery equipment engineering. |
| Zhou Hongcai has been the Chief Technology Officer of Zhongke Tianyuan since September 2006. From September 1990 to March 2003, he was the process director in the research and development centre of Hunan Current Chemical Industry Group. He was a Technical Director from April 2003 to September 2006, in GZTY Regeneration Resources. He graduated from South China University of Technology in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering. |
